How long will it take to ship ?

If the product is in stock it will be shipped out immediately. This doesn’t apply to the preorders. Preorders will be shipped 2-3 days after the official release.

Which payment methods are possible ?

The available payment methods are found on the checkout or in the footer. If there is a demand for any other, write us an e-mail. We will try to implement it.

Where do you ship from and are taxes applied ?

Everything gets shipped out of Switzerland. The additional shipping fee will be available in the checkout. The taxes vary from where you order from.

How can I find out what size I am ?

You can use the size chart in the product information or you could take our models as a reference.

Can I return the products ?

Each customer has the right to return the received items to Concoeur Clothing within 14 days (date of receipt of the goods). For returns and exchanges, the items must be sent back in hygienic condition, otherwise the right to exchange or return expires.
